What is your story?

Community Spaces

This week it’s National Story Telling Week and we are encouraging all community groups to tell us their story about their Community Spaces project.

You could share with us how your community reacted to your newly developed project and what events have you held there?

To read about other communities stories, and how their Community Spaces project has changed their life, visit our case studies page.

Follow this link to send us your story and we’ll post all your entries on our blog.

Our skate park has proved imcredibly popular with many skate fans coming from across the North West for a superb facility. Being next to the station makes it accessible for many more people than just the village. The recent wipe out event with competitions and prizes presented proved to be a great day of activity for all ages and abilities.
Thank you Community Spaces for making it possible

Our Recent production of Benjamin Britten’s Noyes Fludde was a four night sell out. It involved a wide selection of amatures and professionals working together to make an unforgettable performance. The Youth orchestra is now being advertised for and there are some exciting developments in the air.
Thank you to the Lottery for the funding of an event still being talked about in the village.

    Hi Mike
It’s great to see that the impact of Community Spaces funding is still benefiting the community and people are also travelling to your project to enjoy what it has to offer.
