After a successful first year of getting neighbours together to break bread The Big Lunch is making a return to our neighbourhoods on the 18th July 2010.
The Big Lunch encourages communities to come together through growing food and flowers; creating street music, art and theatre; dressing the street and, of course, cooking and eating together. Last year over 8,000 lunches took place across the country!
Big Lunches can take place anywhere, and if you’ve created an open space using Community Spaces funding – then it could be the ideal spot to set up a Big Lunch!
