Friends of Abbey Gardens, based in West Ham, London, have been blogging to share news about how their funding application to the Community Spaces programme has been progressing. The group have successful got through the first stage of the application process and are in the process of preparing their stage 2 application to the programme. The friends group hope to use the funding towards a community gardening project in their local area entitled – What Will the Harvest Be?
